Welcome to Tricom’s owner services section dedicated to providing owners with the latest information about their home resort. For your convenience, Tricom included respective links at the bottom of each resort summary (refer to “Family of Resorts” section), which provides specific information about your resort.

The Tricom team is comprised of dedicated professionals that can assist you with ownership issues including, but not limited to:

  • Welcome calls to new owners
  • New owner packages
  • Quarterly owner newsletters
  • Owner comment cards
  • Exchange and rental reservation assistance (powered by Platinum Interchange)
  • Owner education and support in understanding and utilizing the benefits of timeshare
  • Courteous response to inquiries and comments
  • Bonus time and use time assistance
  • Monitor owner assessments, delinquencies and collections
  • Contact delinquent owners and coordinate payments
  • Rules & Regulations, CC&Rs and Bylaws
  • Contact owners about reserving their week in a timely manner
  • Ensure owners have a week for use or exchange
  • Bulk bank inventory, as needed, to reconcile owner issues
  • Maximize the use of inventory to minimize assessment payments (i.e. analysis of late check-in, no shows, early check-out, seasonal demands)
