Tricom understands transparency and communication are crucial to operating a resort successfully. The administrative team routinely communicates with the resort team members, owners, and board members on agenda items, minutes, financials, rental revenues, delinquency rates, general interest topics and more. The administrative team travels to quarterly and annual board meetings and holds telephonic conferences as needed. Tricom actively monitors the associations’ compliance with state statutes and association documents, regulatory practices and local community ordinances.
