What You Need to Do:

  1. Your account must be current.
  2. Contact your home resort and make your Use Time reservation. You may rent your week in increments (two night minimum).
  3. Then, act quickly by contacting the Owner Rental Department or submit a request (via the form below) for a Rental Agreement packet.
  4. The Owner Rental Department must receive your completed exclusive Rental Agreement along with the $37.00 processing fee (non-refundable; per Use Time reservation) made payable to Tricom, no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date. Check or money order are accepted for payment.

How it Works:

It’s Easy! Just list your week in the ORP and put your reservation to work for you (two night minimum)!

  •  The ORP is available at select Tricom managed resorts.
  • Once you list your Use Time reservation with the Owner Rental Department and complete the exclusive Rental Agreement, you may not list, offer, or exchange this Use Time with any other exchange and/or rental companies.
  • We have strategic alliances with multiple, worldwide rental organizations and together we work to diligentlypromote/market your week. This means potential rental guests worldwide see your advertised rental.
  • Rental rates vary depending on such variables as resort quality, location, season, suite size and day of week. Additionally, other variables include holidays and demand. Based upon such variables, the ORP determines competitive rates for the resorts participating in the program and then apply standard discounts to modify the rates as the check-in date approaches.
  • We notify you with a status letter approximately 21 days prior to the check-in date.
  • If your week or increments of your week rents, you should receive your proceeds within approximately 30 days after the departure (or check-out) date of the rented time.
  • The earlier you list your week, the better chance we’ll be able to rent your week.
  • If your “listed interval” does not rent, you may use the unrented time or request to have us deposit it with Platinum Interchange for a future exchange.
  • There are no guarantees that your interval will be rented (full week or increments) or what the final rental amount will be.  

* Certain restrictions may apply and the ORP is not available at all timeshare resorts or in all states. Contact the Owner Rental Department for further information on terms and restrictions.
